Camazoon is a fast-growing dynamic team providing direct product sourcing from the manufacturers, supplying local consumers and business owners with all types of products at a very reasonable price. As expanding our service, we are urgently recruiting an enthusiastic and self-motivated customer service to join our team.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face to face
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • handle and resolve customer complaints
  • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • provide pricing and delivery information
  • perform customer verifications
  • organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
  • record details of actions taken
  • maintain customer databases
  • communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • follow up on customer interactions
  • provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Maintain a good relationship with our new and existing customers on social media
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor degree, general education degree or equivalent
  • Good English in both writing and speaking
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • knowledge of relevant computer applications and basic CRM
  • knowledge of social media platforms
